Using critical thinking for problem solving
This chapter builds on the workplace critical thinking skills examined in the previous chapter and takes them to a new level for dealing with problems and decisions in an SME organisation.
In this video we hear from Vennu CEO and founder Suzanne Campbell talking about the problems she faced as an entrepreneur and how taking calculated risks helped overcome these challenges. From this entrepreneurial lens we learn that critical thinking for problem solving is about communicating and collaborating with diverse perspectives and how you can make the best most informed decisions in the workplace. In a complex world of emotion we need to be driven by the facts and by using critical thinking we will best achieve our goals as students and graduates.
